- For lettings outside these dates please contact us. The Barn at Chez Bouchard has electric central heating and is suitable for winter/early spring/late autumn lets.
- Please note we normally only accept reservations in July and August for a minimum of two weeks. However there are occasions when we have one week available so please check availability by clicking on the calendar icon below each house name in the chart above.
- Changeover Day is Saturday. Arrivals are from 16.00p.m.,departures before 10.00a.m.
- Payment;25% deposit is required to confirm the reservation. The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.(Please see our booking conditions).
- Our rental charges include normal summer usage for electricity, gas and water however we reserve the right to charge for excessive usage.
- Bed linen and towels are not included in our lets but can be provided at a cost of £12 per person per week. In the event of us providing linen we provide one bath sheet and one hand towel per person in addition to the bed linen and these will be changed at weekly intervals. The towels we provide are not to be used for the pool or beach.
- No smoking is allowed in the houses. Receptacles of sand are provided on each terrace.
- We expect the houses to be left in clean condition upon your departure.(Please see our booking conditions).The houses will be cleaned prior to your arrival.
- Our manager or representative will meet you on arrival (unless otherwise arranged)and will deal with any questions, problems or emergencies you may have during your stay. He is English and lives locally. You will see him periodically as he maintains the pool. His telephone numbers will be provided prior to your arrival.
