We are delighted to be able to offer two beautiful locations in the countryside close to the beaches of Saint George de Didonne and Royan.

Langlade is an old farm/distillery which has been sympatheticallly renovated and converted to offer four fully equipped individual houses. These properties were completed in 2006 and 2007 and were let for the first time in 2007 with the exception of Le Palmier whcih is being let for the first time in 2008. Langlade is situated in a peaceful hamlet between the village of Cravans and the town of Gemozac.

Langlade is set in its own grounds of approximately two acres and includes a 16 x 10 metre swimming pool in its own enclosure [conforming to the new French regulations], a 10 x 9 metre separate Games Room with covered terrace and a dedicated Petanque court. There are various other attractions to suit all age groups.

Chez Bouchard comprises an old farmhouse and a barn, both renovated to provide respectively a four bedroom house and a three bedroom house. Chez Bouchard is situated in a quiet hamlet two KM from the village of Saint Andre de Lidon. The houses are set in their own grounds, fully equipped and include an 11 x 5 metre swimming pool.
